I recently bought a titanium wedding band?

How do I take the blemishes off of it jewelry cleaner does not seem to be working?

it will need to be poloshed...take it back to the jewler you got it from, and tell them they need to clean it. they shouldn't charge you, since it's their jewelry...i still take my wedding band (and my husband's) back to the jewler, and she polishes it every month for us for free.
