Such as Lego minifigures you can't find in Lego sets.

Try a Lego store, they have lots of specific parts.

You can create Lego figures anywhere you find Lego. if you what to find other peoples Lego sets just type in Lego instructions in google and you can get many different sets to build. me i just build anything that i want instructions or not. An example would be a Farris wheel.

Try downloading the lego Designer software. You can custom build your own sets.
