Its a hub, you don't need drivers, its a piece of active equipment and connects via your ethernet port. Does it not work? or do you have another problem?

first place to look is microsoft.com and search driver downloads. if dont find there go to the maker of your pc's web site and look there.both of these sites offer them free.
