I use Limewire Pro, but remember that it can hurt you if you don't know what it is you're downloading. Make sure you have a proper firewall and anti-virus program installed before you try to use it.

There isnt one, whichever one you pick use your loaf,read the help guides and check the forums.
Torrents are a better way to go, or even better is ftp newsgroups.
