And I was on youtube.com and saw a Cartoon Network logo on one of the clips...IS IT ON CARTTON NETWORK?

Unfortunately 4Kids still doesn't have the second half of the series so and can only show up to episode 26, which they failed to do the last two times. They are actually trying to get the second half as they don't want Mew Mew Power to be cancelled and at episode 26 the story will still be left hanging. Because of this, as of July 29, 2006, the show will be replaced by Kirby: Right Back at Ya!. Mew Mew Power is not on the fall schedule but could turn up midseason or as a summer filler next year.
The reson you may have seen a Cartoon Network Logo is it is broadcast on the Cartoon Network in South America.

No, it rather is not. you may pass on Youtube and watch the subtitled, or the dubbed. i could propose observing the subtitled. The subtitled is a lot funnier, and makes a lot extra experience than the dubbed. The subtitled is named Tokyo Mew Mew.
