If we don't agree with the way our tax money is being spent in foriegn policy, and feel it could be used better improving the problems here at home, we need a way to regulate what they can and can't spend it on.

About all we can do is write our elected representatives and tell them we don't agree with the way they are spending our tax dollars. Secondly, we can get other people to write also. If enough people write, then maybe the officials will do what we tell them to do. Third, we can have people sign Recall petitions , followed by a special election. Finally, we can vote them out of office at the next election. Nobody said it would be easy.

Propose a program that taxes should used within the country and for the benfits of the peolple of America. Foreign policies are applicable only if certain part of the world really needs help for recovery.

All you can do is let your congressman know how you feel. The other side of the coin is that money that you think should be spent on certain projects, such as health care, education, WIC programs, ect. and they may not do that either. Now what are you gonna do?

Write to them. Tell them what you want. If you don't like there response vote for someone else next time.

we can't. they can promise anything before they're elected but its different on the other side of the fence.
