at my high skool, they made me do lift weights. they giv u specific exercises depending on wat position u play. i played WRs, so they made me do more leg excercises, and made me do hills. they make u sprint everything, u cant even jog. and at 2-a-days, thats hell! from 8 am to 4 pm, of true hell. but it really helps u out, and that 1st guy is lying, cuz a freshman never gets moved to varsity, in 2 weeks. a coach as to analyze u for months to send u up there. that gus is a liar...dnt listen to him...kids can get suspended for making u do sexual stuff...that guy is a dumbass wannabe

well i only went 2 one freshman practice.
it was very easy for the first 20 minutes, .
Plus the older guys will tease u and will put u through hell.
Some guys would hit u or made u do things for them all kinds of things even sexual things.
Also torment and it only gets worst , until u finish.
Ur probably thinking if i quit actually no
