It is getting rid of solid nitrogenous waste. You get it to stop by doing that. But you don't want to do that. The baby needs this to grow properly!

Why do you want your baby to stop? it's only nature and they need to poop too. If you didn't know this then you should not have a baby.

Babies are people- only small people. They poop and need to be fed a lot more than us adults do. This is b/c they have smaller tummys and their intestines are a lot smaller.
