It depends on exactly what your looking. If name brand is your main objective then don't head to FootLocker, FinshLine etc. Because chances are the shoes you want will be over your buget. But don't be discouraged you can still buy name brand basketball shoes at Ross, Marshall's & TJMaxx. Since school is about to begin i'm pretty sure they have a wide selection to choose from. If name brand is of no importance then head to Walmart or Payless and use the change left over to buy a basketball to practise with.

In the store. Why?: 1) You Never know if the shoes you buy could be fake. 2) Size. For example, I wear size 8 for my Nike Dunks but for Jordans like Jordans Retro 8, i wear size 9 so you gotta try the shoes on.

well..it really depends on what kind of shoes you want. nikes, addias, rebok. you can get cheap shoes like and1's and shaqs and reboks at sporting good stores like big 5 and sportmart. but if you want good shoes that will last, i would recomend jumpman series jordans. they go for about $60-100. but it is all up to you.

it depends on what kind of shoes you are looking for because most basketball shoes are expensive but i think you can find good prices somewhere like shoewarehouse.

Marshalls and TJ Max have great deals! Name brand stuff, much cheaper than Foot locker or sportmart. If you do not have one of those by you, try Kohl's.
