Probably. The First number refers to the height of the tire, from the rim to the tread. The extra 10 millimeters shouldn't make much difference, unless you go off-road.Excessive rough roads and speed bumps might cause the tire to scrape the wheel well.
They may also scrape if you turn the wheel all the way to one side.

You 'CAN' change tire sizes but not without issues. It will definitely affect your speedometer and your gas mileage will go down. Why do you want to change your tire size? When you do go up or down in tire size, there will always be a compromise. For putting on wider tires, you'll gain handling but you'll suffer loss of treadwerar since you increase the scrub radius (an important aligment angle). When you put on taller tires, say to gain clearance, you'll suffer terribly in loss of fuel efficiency. Email me what car/truck you want do this to and why - I may be able to suggest somethign that wil work.

I wouldn,t think one tire size bigger would make enough difference to be a problem clearance wise but keep in mind if you do that your speedometer will be off it will read slower than you are actually going so look out for that.

yes one size up is not going to effect your speedometer or your gas mileage if you go three sizes it will start to effect the car but you will have no problems with the size you want to put on they will work just fine the tire guy wants you to spend money you dont need to spend or he hasnt changed to many tires

Check with any tire dealer, see what they say. I would think you could go one size up, but more may give you turning clearance problems.

YOU CAN GO UP THREE OR FOUR SIZES YOU JUST HAVE TO WATCH FOR CLEARENCE PROBLEMS AND YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER THAT IT WILL AFFECT YOUR SPEEDOMETER, YOU WILL WANT TO GO AND HAVE IT RECALIBRATED SO YOU CAN GET A NEW SPEEDO GEAR SO YOUR SPEEDO WILL BE ACCURATE.
