The pill will work if you're prescribed the right dose for your weight. Some larger girls need a higher dose. Talk to your doctor. If taken daily at the same time, the pill is about 98% effective at preventing pregnancy.

Higher dose means more effective, doesn't it?
And the 98% statistic is: 100% effective minus 2% for all the idiots that forget to take it or take it wrong.
Abstinence is the perfect way to get pregnant. People think "I'm practicing abstinence, so I don't need any birth control" and then in the heat of the moment....

no kind of birth control is 100% effective. 98% means that out of 100 times of having sex, you will probaably get pregnant on two of those times. And this is the most effective birth control. So you really have to be ready to get pregnant if you are going to have sex regularly. then the question is, what will you do when you get pregnant?

YES...it is about 98% effective in preventing pregnancy. just make sure to take it everyday, and about the same time everyday. dont mess up or your chances of getting pregnant increase.

i was on the pill, and still got up da duff! NO LIE! still use condoms if u dont want a child.

the pill is only as good as the individual using it , take it regularly and it will be effective (, nothing is 100% , only abstinence)
miss it and you may get caught
