Hi, i know what your question means. i also think stock market is a nice place for investing.
I found some useful tips in stock trading. It includes stock basics, how to protect your profit, find a potential increase share, control and manage stock risk, when to sell/buy stock and so on.

Only if the offer price is above the market price. I'd bet that they would offer something above the market as that is typically how it's done. If it's a cash-take out then it will rise the price, if it's a stock-for-stock offering then it may go up if iac stock price increases. Hope that helps.

That depends on how the offer price compares to the current market price. It also depends on how likely the offer is to be accepted. Either way, any change will probably happen long before this question is resolved.

I hope so, PCLN.RS RS meaning "Reverse Split" Pricks took my 100 Shares down to 16. I'm looking for a refund someday:)
