Try Yoga. Either take a class or purchase one of the DVDs. Yoga has helped me in flexibility and core strength. It's awesome for toning.

Take stretching classes at a gym, or yoga/pilates classes. Start soon! Flexibility decreases every year. The more you practice, the less "unbendy" you'll be!
