i went to the doctor a few days ago and in my second month of pregnancy i lost 5 pounds less than a month...with my son i ate all the time..with this kid i dont feel like eating at all...i cant stand meat anymore...she said just stay dehydrated what else can i do?

Eat small frequent meals. Try to eat chicken noodle soup and Gatorade. Those will keep you hydrated. Also when you feel like eating eat as much as you want. eat until you are full. You need to feed your baby and keep yourself well too. Congrats on the baby!

you will most likely be able to eat meat again and once your hormones adjust to being pregnant you may feel more like eating. I actually lost weight in the first few months too, but ny the end i had gained 65 pounds!!! So dont worry unless your doctor says something about your weight loss. You will be fine Im sure!!

You can stop stressing because that's not good. I barely ate during my pregnancy because I had no desire. But I made sure that what I did eat was healthy and well balanced.
Don't compare to your first pregnancy any more, because pregnancies are all different...aren't they?
Congratulations on your pregnancy.
If you are still worried, then make sure you take an antenatal vitamin pill each day. You will be fine!

I had this problem in the second month of pregnancy because I had horrific morning sickness. My doctor told me not to worry about the baby because my body will give it everything it need.. even if it kills me first! Just make sure you drink lots of water and in my experience the worst thing to do with morning sickness is to not eat. Try eating dry toast or something bland it really helps.

Every pregnancy is different. With my oldest I gained a lot, but with my baby I lost about 10 pounds. If doc says you are ok, then you are. Congrats!

when i was prego i ate nothing but pizza and drank nothing but blueberry juice for the first 6 1/2 months.

You can even those Ensure drinks or any of those vitamins enriched meal re-placers. When I was pregnant I had alot of aversions too, one day I couldnt stand anything with tomatos in it another would be anything had sugar. Just do your best, it will come along.

with my first one, I ate nothing but junk food and only gained 20 pounds, and my second one nothing but lettuce and italian dressing, and gained over 40 pounds.
each preg is different,
just stay hydrated, and try some sort of protien and calcium drink,

I was like that with my first pregnancy, I ate a lot of beans, oatmeal, whole grains, they help fill you up and also give you protein. Also take prenatals and possible iron if it is low.
