why is it that we play games with ice cream? like saying to yourself you'll only skim the top to even it out, but then deliberately take a chunk out of the corner...

With me, it's always 'evening up the brownies'. Why I believe the lies I tell myself, I'll never know.

Well, we all have our little vices... if this is the worst of yours, perhaps you're not going to he!! for it. If your diet is NOT a healthy one and this binge behavior is a norm rather than an exception, then perhaps you have a deep-seated eating disorder for which you should have professional assistance and/or intervention.
Otherwise, we all play "games" with our "seving size" from time to time... YOU ARE NOT ALONE! Some ice cream flavors get the better of me too!

the only game i play with ice cream is what to slather on top of it.
choc., peanut butter, hot fudge, bananas, frozen toasted waffles, butterscotch, nuts, whip cream, fruit, brownies or nothing at all. and i take a bite right outta the middle. if your gonna scoop it, then lets get serious! eat it or leave it in the freezer.
