I just finished Junebug. A nice little Indie film. I was wondering what other's have thought about it.

I saw Junebug a few months ago but your question reminded me of how much I enjoyed it. My one complain, however, was the lack of character development. You were just presented with the characters and not shown any background on why they had become what they were. I found this particularly annoying with the brother who appeared to be a very angry young man. I would have liked to have known how he got that way. Other than that, I walked out of the movie with a big smile on my face.

I agree, it was alright. Nothing special. I think Ebert & Roper went overboard with their praise - which was why I rented it.

i loved it...you should watch the station agent it's another good indie film.
