HAWAII, Mowie wowie baby!!! Trust me I've been to all 50 states, and lived in 20 of them. Hawaii's tropical climate makes for perfect growing conditions. California is probably the second best though.

well florida is good because its sticky and not all dry but then it takes forever to burn, and chicago thatll get you high as hell, texas is usually the cheapest and its still good so i dont know it depends on the consumer.....
