you can rate answers. you can answer more questions, ask more questions, etc. there is more but they havent told us yet (or at least i havent found it yet)

Yahoo Answers offered me free Yahoo Answers walllpaper for my desktop, which I wasn't interested in, since I like the pictures Apple gave me free on my Mac. Other than that, nothing.

absolutely nothing, its depressing realli, i just answer questions i realli want to answer and ask questions when i feel like it, the points are just an incentive that yahoo creates to make people answer more questions...obviously its working cuz im answering your question rite now :)
