I have about the same eye/hair/complexion as you do. The color that makes brown eyes pop the most is a darker blue (with navy eyeliner - ever wonder how brown eyed celebs always have gorgeous eyes on the red carpet?).
You can also try purples, but personally I find it difficult to choose the right shade of purple for myself - they always end up looking like bruises on me.
Other colors like golds, earthy greens with slight shimmer, will also look great.
Hope that helps!

Green looks very good with dark eyes and dark hair. Dont stick to one colour, try out different colours, there is no rule saying people with a certain eye colour should stick to one colour, so have fun experimenting.

Try a cream color, subtle peach or a very light brown. Stick with natural colors - no greens, blues, or purples.

lavender a hint of sparkle .. perfect .. for dark tones or Asians nice contrast.. no beige's whites are to stark pinks are OK but lavenders are best.. perhaps a turquoise u can play with as a liner shadow not all over the lid u can use shadows wet and line ur eyes for a hint of color.. play and see.

I have the same coloring I usually wear bronze, gold, emerald green, lavender, navy blue, and sometimes I even like khaki.
I either go with black mascara or navy blue.

Try purples and blues. Play with the shades and tones, and see what looks best. But I bet you, you'll like it!
