This really depends on your coverage, your state insurance laws, whether you were at fault or not.
If you were not at fault and you live in a state that operates under the tort system, then you need to call the at fault driver's insurance carrier and try to get them to pay the rental bill.
If no cooperation there then go to your own agent/insurance company. If you had coverage on the vehicle you owned before this one, the coverage will carry over for 30 days for a new car. It sounds like you had the accident within 30 days of purchasing the new one so the policy should apply. Then you need to know if you had rental coverage added to that policy. If not, no coverage.
If you have a negative answer to the type of scenarios outlined above then you may be out of luck.

I havent recieved a rentacar from the insurance company i didnt have insurance since the car was no more that 3 hours new to me i had just bought it. It was cansidered a total lose from the insurance what should i do.
Update: I do have my 90 ford and it doesnt have ac thats why i traded in my other car for the new car that was totaled and the other car did have ac and the car crash was not my fault. The other driver disregarded a stop sign and well at 50 miles per hour and i was going 30 and my back and neck hurt.

If u didn't have insurance, how was it considered a total loss by the insurance company. Also, you have to call the insurance company about a rental car. They don't spend money unless they have to

How did you get to drive the car off the lot if you did not have insurance? You might want to check to see if the other person insurance covers you.

You said you didn't have insurance- who are you expecting a rental car from?
What about your 1990 Ford? Why don't you drive that? The one you were going to put gas in yesterday?

If you don't have rental coverage on your policy you are not entitled to a rental. Once a company has 'totaled' your car and made you an offer, you have no entitlement to rental. Why don't you drive your other car??

check your policy then call your real estate agent
I dont think they would give you a rental car, you might be entitled to that while your car is being repaired. but since the car is gone, you dont get one.
since it was a total loss they should just pay you out.
