The EPA's been taking Valium for decades, so they can't get outraged at glaring holes in their fantasies. That's why the EPA can go on existing, and passing some of the gas that they call laws. God Bless you.

The EPA only has jurisdiction inside of the united states, as it is a federal angency. They can't tell other countries what to do with their environmental laws.

Uh - EPA has no jurisdiction in Lebanon. What, do they put little balloons on the cows' anuses, then harvest them for the methane?
