i'm friends with this boy and i see him alot. and recently i've been liking him more and more. (like boyfriend/girlfriend like)
i really like him but if he doesn't like me that way back it could ruin our great friendship. what should i do??

by the way i'm 13 (almost 14)

and please don't tell me i'm too young

oh yeah he's about a foot shorter than me

Don't do it! Stay friends! I've seen so many friends break up from being friends once they get personally involved! Find someone else. Also maybe you two should spend less time together if it's getting that serious on your end. By the way, does your friend know how you feel and if so does he feel the same way? Because if he doesn't know, don't tell him if you want your relationship to remain the way it has been since you 2 have known each other.

I just tell her, to forget about it, worry about school and friends, boys can wait, Plus I think your hormones are kicking in, so that's why you've been liking him more and more. It's normal. But I'd be carefull if you where you. Trust me, now I'm 23 with a 9 year old. That means I had him when I was 14, just like you. there is always the chance of ruining a friendship i did with my ex he and i were good friends we went out and now we dont talk anymore. i dont know why. but if you think you like him enough and think you can last enough to make a difference in your life then go ahead just remember heart break is 3/4ths of the time right around the corrnor...
and your not too young to date as long as he isnt like 18 or something then that can cause trouble

You are too grown up to ignore this- in this age of tenderness, these are natural feeling. You need to reassure yourself that the infatuation of this kind will make you go astray.
