soccer. Im from london but have lived in texas 4 16 yrs american football is a little difficult 2 watch because the game is stopped so frequently soccer is a much faster paced game and the players need 2 be in better physical condition. And i must say respectfully why all the padding?

Football (or soccer) by far is the most popular team sport in the world. It is the most popular team sport of MOST countries and the sport with the most number of players world wide. FIFA’s World Cup, which is conducted every four years is comparable in magnitude to the Olympics (which hosts close to a hundred different sports events). Football tournaments are always ongoing in many countries at the same time, and culminates in the World Cup where the best 32 countries compete. Thus, to succeed in this sport is success at a very high level and can truly bring honor to one’s country.

soccer will always be the better sport mainly because of the globalization. How many riots and carbombings and slayings have there been over a lost super bowl not many. now think of the riots and carbombings and slayings over a game of soccer it doesn't even have to be a major game it could just be a regular season match. Soccer is the beautiful game because of the unity it brings to the world. soccer stops wars, when was the last time football did that

american football, I'm sorry but the World Cup put me to sleep, the only thing exciting are goals and every now and then a save. the game when watching moves at a slow pace and most of it is just not that interesting. It's got to be football all the way.

I prefer American football, but I was raised on it. I didn't even know about soccer until I was beyond my formative years.
