There is no "WHO".

To look for one person to blame shows a vast misinterpretation of "evil". Evil is an adjective, used to describe just one facet than the whole. It is more like an action or a verb. To be evil.

Everyone has the capacity to "be evil", it's just that luckily most of us don't do it for long periods of time, and someone of us do it almost never. And because the nature of the world is to seek balance, there are a few out there who practice evil more often than others.

To define evil is a task very broad and examples too numerous to name.

To intentionally cause hurt, when there were many other ways to handle the circumstances, that is evil.
To take take and take and never even feel a twinge of wanting to give back, that is evil.
To value your own opinion as it serves your own needs (and lines your pockets) and to tune out the cries of the many around, to watch them suffer with removed distatse... that is evil.

But should I shun the people displaying the ability to entertain the evil available in their nature? Truer that some better outcome be reached if I serve as an example. Endeavor to reach that cold place inside of them, share a little "of my good time", that comes from giving of myself, and maybe just maybe bringing a little light into that very empty void cold place.

Bush because he and his administration lied about Iraq being involved with 9/11, lied about the WMDs, and lied about all of the other reasons he pushed us into this illegal war. He lied about Katrina, he lied about aid to NYC after 9/11, he lied about his military background, he lied about John Kerry, he lied about the uranium, he lied about global warming....I could go on and on.... you getting the drift?
The reason that it is so evil is because thousands have been killed and wounded, we are passed the tipping point on the national debt (meaning many economists are saying that it has hurt national security and that at present we can't handle that debt load, and may not be able to recover)...and he uses his faith to justify what he does, and that is insane. Not to mention that the General Accounting Office has concluded that the 2004 election was possible stolen (Debold voting machines are easily hacked, over three million votes were not allowed to be couonted, etc etc)...oh yes, billions of dollars are unaccounted for in Iraq, in other words, stolen, and not by Iraqis...

Look at your name...good...now you've answered your own question. Just kidding. I say that the root of all evil is the person who judges based on misconceptions and doesn't give everyone an equal chance. Cough...the guy two spaces below me...cough!

The false prophet muhamed.

The self appointed prophet had no direct relationship with the god that he follows. Example, Jesus was the son of God, The Great Spirit were the ancestors of the Native American tribes.

Nearly every religion in the world worships a being whom was a direct decendant of the god that they believe in, however islam does not.

Nearly every religion in the world teaches the people not to kill. Islam teaches to kill anyone who is not muslim or willing to convert to islam

The holy bible teaches its followers to beware of the false prophet, and that we would be able to recognise the false prophet by the his deeds.
