I have a tendency to trust the smart truth seeker , Socrates , at the same time as he gave his answer he stated the chicken got here first because it is an particularly chicken and that the egg become in hardship-free words a accessible chicken . God made the chicken. What got here first? the blood or the middle? Imhotep

this has been asked before. punch it in on search questions. i cant help but answer. there was a line of chickens that had live chicks then from there evolved another line of chickens that layed eggs. the first line of chickens went extinct. the egg gave the chicks a longer time to develop and allowed the chicken to lay many more offspring giving them a better chance to make it. the first line of chickens would be pregnant for two mos then have her chick and something would eat it. the second line of chicken was able to lay egg after egg so many more of them would have a better shot at making it to adulthood.

Well, Studies have shown that life started with a single cell organism. This was figured by the adaptation that they grew to multiple cells which were mammals. So the correct answer would be "The chicken came before the egg.

A chicken and an egg are lying in bed. The chicken is leaning against the headboard smoking a cigarette, with a satisfied smile on it's face.
The egg, looking a bit disgusted, grabs the sheet, rolls over, and says, Well, I guess we finally answered THAT question!"

"The question 'What came first, the chicken or the egg?' is a product of the linear mind. Linearity is an illusion."
"Recognizing the nonlinearity of Nature confounds the linear mind; to truly understand Nature we are forced to think outside the (appropriately Euclidean) box..."
"How delightfully difficult it is to accept the reality of our ignorance. The door is in Nature, but only by giving up what you think you know about Nature. by being willing to know nothing, is the door found."
