Not at all.It will dry up and dissolve.Animals have no choice,but then maybe the owner should give a little consideration to you and pick it up.Maybe put a little note in his mail box,that a lot of people are not happy with his ignorance.There may be some ordinances against it .

I actually haven't noticed but maybe that's why there is so much poo in my yard when I clean it up...I have my own dog so this is a regular task.

Very much so. So i just put it in a paper bag and light it on fire, then stick it on thier porch. Or i just poop in thier yard while thier looking.

would you like it if you had dog poop all over your nice mowed green lawn? especially if you have children, u know what Toxoplasmosis is right? well then you wouldn't ask.

Yes that is disgusting because people should be responsible for their dog's doo-doo. Especially in the summer when it gets flies on it! Gross!
