When they are of an age that they can make intelligent decisions and take responsibility for birth control and std protection etc. Ideally 18 as a ball park figure, but some kids mature emotionally and intellectually faster than others.

It's not a matter of age, it's a matter of maturity. Having sex shouldn't be just a THING...it should be special. When you're really ready, your heart will tell you. Just be sure to guard yourself from STDs and pregnancy.

well in canada the legal age is 14 but i think thats too soon it should be like 16 or 18
