Why do I get arrested & not her? She has priors, I do not. She also was informed by Officer that Oregon wants her on charges, but he would not extradite her, he just let her walk. Why wasn't she arrested as well? After all, she was the only one in the RV and her record speaks for itself. And just for the record, I did not know she was on probation or had priors. Met her at church and she needed a place to put her belongings in. I offered RV that was parked in church parking lot where I stayed in it. She did not.

First off, where in the RV were the drugs found? If they were found on her, I would imagine that she would have been arrested. But if they were anywhere in the RV other than her or in her personal belongings, the officer would not have been able to prove she was the one in possession of the drugs. Even if it was found in her stuff, if she claims that stuff wasn't hers, then it'd be hard to prove it was. And if she wasn't in possession, then who put them there? Must be the person who owns the RV. Just because you were not there, does not mean you could not legally be in possession of the drugs. If drugs are found in a house or a car and nobody is found actually with the drugs, then the person who owns the house or car is in possession by default. That sucks, but that's it. That's why you don't let people you don't know into your car, house, or RV.

What does her being on probation have to do with anything? A person's past has absolutely nothing to do with their present actions and behavior. There have been plenty of people in this world who screwed up once, twice, or even more, but turned it around later and did great things.

As for her being wanted in another state, it was not the officer who made the decision not to extradite her. That decision was made by the police agency that issued the warrant for her in the first place. It apparently wasn't something bad enough that they wanted to spend the money and time to get her back. It was likely a misdemeanor charge of some kind.

Also, why was he searching the RV in the first place? Did he have a warrant or did someone give him permission to search it? Did he see the drugs in plain sight through the window or open door or something?

There are just a lot of variables here that could affect why you were charged and she was not. I can try to map out a few different scenarios, but it's almost impossible to say anything for certain without being there.

I really hate to say this, but don't trust anyone you don't know. There are many places in a Church that are safe for keeping personal things, as well as clothes, and it would have been wise to have her talk to the Pastor/Priest/Deacon (or whoever was in Authority) for permission and a place to keep her things. It would have saved you the pain of gettings the screws put to you. Cops don't care, and they don't play fair. The days of Andy Griffith are long gone.

I hope that by the time you get your day in court that you get your story less confusing than that tale there was, cuz i cannot figgure what you were trying to say. If you sounded that stoned to the officer, that is why you got arrested

WTF, are you just blaming it on her cuz she was on probation?

If not, I hope you learn to tell a story better before it's time to tell it to the judge, or you are in deep doo doo.

And are you trying to say cuz it was in a church parking lot that makes you not guilty? I'm so confused.

Sounds hollow to me, but no good deed goes unpunished.
