1)Why am I interested in working for this job??(the store is michaels its like a suply store like hobby lobby or garden ridge)

can someone please help me figure this question out.

I like Tiffany's answer above, but also add why you are applying at Michael's...there are other craft & hobby stores. You chose Michaels because you shop there frequently, and from what you know about the company, they seem like a great place to work. For example: (here is where you tell them soemthing impressive about the company you learned from the website)

I usually put something like this: Due to my involvement in various hobbies, I feel that I would be an asset to the company by combining my expertise in crafting and my desire to rise in the corporate retail market, working at Michael's would be the beginning of my promising career.
