and why is it there? it doesn't taste like anything. Is it jusn t fo sho? This question has been driving me crazy for about 2 minutes now. Someone please help me

I have never seen white stuff on the bottom of a snickers bar.

Its nougat - helps balance out the sweetness of the caramel. If it wasn't there, all you would taste is pure sugar.

i work at the snickers factory and im sorry me and the 2nd shift supervisor were geting it on by the packageing machine and i must have miss her mouth when i blew my wad

I think it is flour from when they are making them. The flour keeps the bars from sticking to whatever surface they make them on.
