4! - 4 - (4/4)

4! = 4*3*2*1 = 24. This works while 4 squared does not, because 4 squared used a 2 instead of a 4.

Interesting, but not useful. 19 is 3 mod 4 but 23 is too 3 mod 4

The factorial answer was right... here is another

(4-4/4)mod4

Since 19 = 3 mod 4
