I would like to know the same thing. I'm starting to think it's because of a low i.q. in here. Wouldn't know if something was funny if it came up and bit them in the @ss!

the time is not match with somebody's codition
the joke is not appropriate
the joke's already expired
the joker has no talent to tell a joke

People's senses of humor vary, just like their personalities. Plus, it's very hard to determine tone of voice when it's in writing on a computer screen. When in doubt, just don't say it (or write it, as the case may be).
Or maybe you're just not funny.

some people have a bad scene- of-humor or they are sensitive about the subject in which you are telling the joke

Because they take everything personally which makes them only think of themselves. They have no sense of humor other than theirs. I have a mother-in-law like this.
