In English, BARANCE is pronounced (bar-ahnce) but in Spanish, for example, it would be pronounced: (bahr-ahn-say).. THe name Barance sounds real Italian.. as far as the actual meaning of the word.. I do not know

It appears to be a Hotel in Italy.... Pronounced "Baran-say"
