I went and worked in New Orleans on a mission trip w/ my youth group doing hurricane clean up! it was absolutely amazing... and I can't wait to go back!!

I went on a road trip with my friend to the Winnipeg Folk Festival. We slept in a tent. We had never been to Winnipeg, never been to a folk festival and don't usually sleep in a tent.
It was fun and interesting and we met lots of cool people. We'll probably do something like it next year. Anyone know of any good folk festivals?

My wife and I built a houseboat on a lazy river, our of material that was thrown away or salvaged from last years storms. It is really neat. Last week we saw a monster gator lying on the sand bar near by. Our Grands think it is really great.

Took family trip to the mountains and lake. I rode a go-cart...big deal for me, it;s been a while. LOL
Went on scenic cruise too.

I will wait till closer to your nap time to tell you, cause it would put you right to sleep...and THAT was the most INTERESTING thing I did. All the other stuff was even worse.

this is the worst summer of my life...im 16, my parents got a divorce...im moving to my forth high school, and my pet bird died (she was 12 yrs old)
