i would probably call 911, then run outside and hold him at gun point in hopes that he decides to stop and do nothing. That way he won't bother my neighbor and me ever again

None of those, since the only way I would know this, is because I would be leaving my house.( I don't look out and see what neighbors are doing) So, I 'd get into my truck and leave. I would probably be going shopping and nothing gets in the way of that.

might depend on if he's attacking an unarmed man and if it's in the west,not sure if the code of the west has been changed or not,lot of people living in fantasy worlds,maybe you might want to call the men in white jackets

my neighbors are not very well prepared for trouble i would just shoot them no questions asked i couldn't afford for the perp to hold them hostage and make things worst

well my neighbor my best friend and his dad is a cop and has a gun under his bed so really i could really just watch
