That the Jewish people faked the Holocaust, and that they made fake movie footage and staged photographs so they could get sympathy and special treatment.
The other would be that the government was responsible for 9/11. I will say the government knew more about it ahead of time, but will never admit it. But I don't think they did everything and blamed it on Al Queda.
There are other "theories" out there that are doozies, but those are my two "favorites".
