to a degree yes and any one who says they're not racist at all is deluding their self or a liar all people are most comfortable with others who share their cultures traditions etc too many people assume being racist only means the white thinks they're better than black thing but it works all ways being English i even find it hard to mix with people from a different class than me and i wouldn't be accepted by the upper classes if i won the lottery .so there you go thats life

No, I'm not racist, are you??? Well I think everyone's the same wether you're black, white, latino, or freaken blue. We are all the same in the inside cause we all got a heart and blood running through our body which have all of us standing here right now. The only thing is that every race acts diffrent and some of them gets on your nerves quicker than others. I'm hispanic, and no lie, I think I'm just like everyone else, My kids have a little of everything- indian, latino, St. croixian, etc. But another thing too, is that people get TREATED DIFFERENTLY, when you're black, white, & latin: No Comments on that one. Just because I'm latin and I happen to not like a white person doesn't mean I'm racist cause sometimes I cant stand people of my own, so it doesnt matter who or what color you are.

Some people are racist and proud of it. I think we are all racist through ignorance, the way we are brought up and beliefs that we have instilled in us over time. For those people to have that pointed out to them, I am sure they would be horrified and would make a change...

Sometimes I am, and a sometimes I am bigot too.....Its in all of us and anyone who says they are not is a liar!
You just have to ask yourself one question.....would you say yes if your daughter wanted to marry an Aboriginal. I hasten to add that I have nothing personally against Aboriginals, as a lot of things they stand for is totally good,
but racist tendencies are running VERY near the surface in most people.

No. Almost everyone stereotypes though, but that's not being racist. Racism is an outward display of how you feel. Stereotyping does not have to be linked to racism. People stereotype based on age, gender, and other things. It's not necessarily right ot wrong, but it's natural.

i like2 think that i am not because id o believe that all humans should be treated on an equal level.
However, i do find myself having stereotpyes of certina people.
iw ish i didnt but i do!
For example, whenever i see a Middle Eastern person, I think war and terror. Whenever I see an American, I think loud and talkative! Whenever, I see a Brit, I think drinking lots of alcohol and pubs.

I think these are preconceived ideas in my head. I dont have anything against other races per se. I just have been influenced by media and cicumstance.

define racist i think we are all guilty a times weather we mean to be or not. the local shop is called the paki shop by almost everyone on our estate
i know some will say it with malice but not all will it's just terminology. but at the same time my friends local shop is run by white people and she doesn't say I'll go to the white mans shop it's the corner shop. i think we say this because it's all we've heard all our lives. that doesn't make us racist it just makes us lazy in that we cant think for ourselves

No. But I do have my prejudices which is not to be confused with racism. We all have preconceived notions about people, food, entertainment, etc.

I have grown up all around the world and been around so many different cultures. I am fortunate for this. Not everyone has been so fortunate.
