Those specs will fully support a CD Burner. You may not want to do anything else while burning. But the burn process will work just fine though.

Run an ad in local pennysaver or some weekly for free. Ad says that you want to sell your computer for $300 or trade it for a CD burner. You should be able to get one.

Yes you can. Any generic burner should do, but i would recommend a memory upgrade to ensure that burning doesn't use up too much of your memory and cause system instability.

yes you sure can but a dvd burner is not reccomended
