Hi, I'm a doctor, I know you said only girls, but probably I can help you. You probably don't have nipples, or just have very small ones that barely show. This is completely normal and very common. It shouldn't be a problem at all, although some girls would like to have the nipples for the aesthetic part. However, besides that it's no problem in the future, you can for example nurse very well even without nipples.
You could also have inverted nipples, in this case it's not problem either, it's just aesthetical again, but I understand that at your age the shape of your breasts is very important and might make you feel uncomfortable. See this link and see it you have inverted nipples: http://nippledoctor.com/inverted-nipple-repair.cfm
In summary there is no problem. What someone else mentioned here might help actually, but it'll take months and you probably need to continue doing it on a regular basis. You basically pull your nipples or skin at the site where your nipples should be around 3 times daily for 20-30 minutes. After 2-3 months you'll start seeing that they come out, but after this you need to continue doing it. In extreme cases, you may consider plastic surgery, but not at this age.
And NO, the medications you're taking don't have anything to do with it!. Any other questions, just ask.

Sorry, I'm a guy, but also a medic, and I didn't see anyone else offering anything helpful so here it is:
Some women (and men, for that matter) have inverted nipples. While not normal, per se, its not catastrophic either.
One problem it can create is that the milk ducts may be obstructed when you begin to nurse, which can lead to further complications in inflammation of your breasts, etc.
Psychologically, it can affect you if you let it, but it doesn't sound like you're suffering from low esteem due to it ;-)
It is *very* easily treated with outpatient surgery under local anesthetic. So they don't have to knock you out.
Good luck, hope this helps.
(and no, none of the medications you're taking can/would have caused it)

Just so you know, I have asperger's syndrome and I take Adderal XR and Zoloft. I've been taking that stuff for about a couple of years, and my breasts and nipples are fine and dandy. It's not the meds.

it is actually quite common for nipples to not stick out. Some women actually do have inverted nipples and some have huge nipples that stick out. You might just have it right in between. I have never heard of the medicines having anything to do with the way they form.

I highly doubt that the medication you're on is having an effect on your nipples. It's most likely just the way your body is--everyone's breasts are a bit different. Nipples can be different shapes, sizes, and colors. If you're worried, talk to your doctor about it.

Some women's are just like that, and it will cause no harm. You have inverted nipples. The only time this will be an issue is if you choose to breastfeed, at which point they have special nipple shields you will wear to train them to poke forward. It is very simple, and many women have them.
