Darwinian evolution hasn't been proven, so yes, it is fiction. Science itself refutes Darwinian evolution. Darwinian evolution is still only a theory, it has never been proven, and thanks to modern science it is now being disproven. It takes far more faith to believe in Darwinian evolution than it does to believe in creation and intelligent design. There is a lot more evidence for creation and intelligent design than there is for Darwinian evolution. A lot of people believe in the theory of Darwinian evolution because they were (and are still being) taught this theory in school. This theory should no longer be taught in school now that modern science is continueously finding more evidence against it. At the time Darwin came up with the theory of evolution, science was not able to disprove it. Darwin's theory of evolution has not been proven. Only 9% of the population now believes in Darwinian evolution.
Scientific evidence casts serious doubts on the theory of evolution, for example:

We keep getting this.
EVERYONE knows that the theory of evolution is just that, A THEORY.
It seems that people who have a faith based view of the world have a real problem with this. They have to have a closed system, whereas the rest of humanity live in an open system with plenty of unresolved questions. And no four day limit. The questions may stay unresolved for ever. We can live with that.

Oh my god, someone thinks that the fact that you can buy a book in Wal-mart implies it is reliable?
There are plenty of texts as old or older than the Bible still in existence. The Vedas, The Pyramid Texts, The Iliad, Poems of Heaven and Hell, etc If you can't get them in Wal-mart that's due to their limitation, and their presumably commercial decision that there is a bigger market in the US for the Bible than for the other books.

the second law of thermodynamics, the idea that disorder tends to increase, in other words entropy.
This only states that the entropy of the universe as a whole tends to increase. This does not mean that it has to increase everywhere all the time. In fact from our own observations, we see the development of living things taking place every day. This too is a reversal of entropy. The formation of stars likewise.

The Theory of Evolution is not fiction. It is a theory, and as such, not proven.
The problem is that there are those who try to teach it as science fact, rather than theory.
To some degree evolution has its merit. Where it breaks down is where it tries to prove "trans-species evolution." Specifically that Man evolved from the Ape. There is no proof of this. Apes still exist and are still 'Apes,' they have not 'evolved' into humans. No missing link has ever been found.
Fish are still fish, they've just evolved into a fish more efficient at whatever requires them to survive--otherwise they become extinct. The same for reptiles and mammals. However, Apes only birth Apes, not humans, because Apes and Humans are two different species of Creation. This is where the disagreement begins.
Those who believe in Creation believe that God Created Man in His own Image and Likeness. Those who believe in evolution say that there is nothing 'special' about Man. He just ascended from the Apes.
Those who believe in Creation demand proof of evolution. Those who believe in evolution demand proof of Creation.
Evolution, scientific by nature, demands proof which does not exist, so it remains a theory. Creation, on the other hand, only requires Faith. So there you have it.

Everyone is free to believe what they want to believe. I am a profound believer of the theory of evolution and also a believer of God. There are so mnay proofs of why evolution did occur and soe of them are in your body itself, like your appendix, your wisdom tooth, and your tailbone. These are called vestigial organs, which serve no function but are left as traces of out evolutionary ancestors. For example, the appendix is very large on animals that eat grass and tough plants all the time. since humans don't do that, they do not need the appendix and therefore it was just left there as a trace that our ancestors were herbivores but we don't have their same diet anymore. The wisdom tooth once served our anscestors, the first humans, to crack nuts and scientists have even found skulls in which the wisdom tooth is very big. The tailbone, which is very large in animals with tails, is small in us. If we han't evolved froma primate, why would we have a tailbone? Then there is amino acid sequences in DNA that prove it. This emans that animlas that are more closely related to each other have veyr common amino acid sequences. Like humans have 98% the same amino acid sequences as chimpanzees do. Homologous structures also prove evolution, since if you study the anatomy of a bat's wing, a dog's foot, a whale's flipper, and a human's arm, they have the very same bones, except that in different lenghts and numbers according to the environment in which the animal lives in. Even embryonic development proves the theory of evolution true. Wehn humans are developing, during the first days of pregnancy, an ambryo has a tail and gills. Why would we have that? Research these areas and see for yourself. It could be that God created the world and then evolution took place. there's too much evidence.

It is not fiction, it is real. How do you explain the dinosaurs if you take the Bible's slant on how the world was begun? Species evolve and adapt to their environment. Interestingly, using mitochondrial DNA, scientists have actually been able to state that there was a single female that started the human race as we know it. Could it be that the Bible was written in the manner that it was so that the people of the time could comprehend the topic? Think about it!

It has been well proven that given the amount of time allowed since life could possibly have begun to begin, for random molecules to associate themselves into so many varied and intelligent life forms, is just impossible.
Then there are other questions like, if people evolved from monkeys, what did monkeys evolve from, and how come we still have monkeys, and so on, and on, and that relates to all living things.
It all does not make sense, but then neither does anything else, such is the mystery of life, and even if random molecules could possibly, naturally associate themselves into so many varied forms, where did the life come from?

Meaning it, the theory of evolution, was based on scienctific supposition and can at least be somewhat explained.
That is why it is important to investigate the theory more
but for the sake of survival, not for the fear of destruction.

The answer to your question lies in the definition of "Theory". Once you understand what the word means, you will be able to answer your own questions about Evolution, The Big Bang, Relativity, Intelligent Design, etc...
Just a side note.
Evolution is contrary to the "Law of Thermodynamics"

Your ideas are absurd and make you sound highly uneducated. Your views clearly show that you have few clues about real science. I feel badly for you. There is in fact real data, not just supposition. If the facts were proven, it wouldn't be a theory would it?

Evolution is not true. Yes people believed it for a long time. But the Bible has been the longest lasting book ever. Can anyone else name a book written that long ago that you can still buy at your local Wal-mart? People believed in God since the beginning of time. They still do. People can be fooled for a century and a half, but it's not possible for people to be fooled and continue to be fooled since the beginning of time.
