Reflexology is utter nonsense.

Briefly, reflexology is the belief that specific areas on you skin (mostly in your feet) somehow correspond to various organs, so massaging parts of your feet would actually help your kidneys. The only problem is reflexology was invented before people did any careful studies of human anatomy.

There is nothing inside the human body - no nerve, no pathway, nothing - that in any way links your feet to your internal organ. There is no physical reason to believe reflexology might even possibly work. And, of course, all tests have shown it to be no better than a placebo.

Don't waste your money. Unless you want a foot massage, in which case go right ahead.
