They will ask you basic interview questions about your resume/job application and if they feel you do well they will probably ask you to do a face to face interview. This is when they will ask you more detailed questions such as "If there is an upset customer how would you handle the situation?"

It means they're going to call you and interview you over the phone at the time that they sent you. It's like a normal interview, just over the phone.
