I was lighting up one day. An attractive lady walked by and said "You're too good looking to smoke". It just floored me. I get so tired of people ragging on me for smoking. And here was a fox who complimented me, slapped me on the wrist, and encouraged me to quit in 6 simple words.

Wow, some of these are really beautiful! Mine sounds so shallow next to those, but a guy I once worked with was shocked to find out I had 2 teen-age grand children. He thought I was maybe in my late 20's. Shallow maybe but I'll take it.

I HAVE GOTTEN SOME FEW GOOD COMPLIMENTS. I LUV IT WHEN PPL TELL ME THAT I AM A CREATIVE PERSON.
on the other hand i got some nice 'compliments' w my BFF from these fifth grade guys that we were 'losers, demented, idiotic, and mentally challenged' it made me laugh that people can tell u off that hard when u barely know them lol

ohhh well i was sitting with my cousin (she's a makeup artist on broadway, and we were back stage on phantom of the opera, b4 it started) and we were joking around, and dancing and singing rent and wicked songs(my 2 fav. plays!!!!!!!) and this guy come's up to me and was like "WOW your awesome, let me introduce myself..." and then he was there telling me about him and stuff, and my cuz was just sitting there giggling, she already knew who he was,and finally he was like" i think you should try out for an upcomeing play," and i was soooo excited because it has ALWAYS been my dream to be on broadway!!!!!!!!! so when i tryed out, the people were just sitting there and like thanks, so i was pretty bumbed thinking i didnt get the part, then they called and were all like we loved you, you got the part!! i was happy
