It means there is a very ill person somewhere in your neighborhood. I doubt it will cause any harm apart from the psychological distress of finding a dead cat in your door, but I would still get the police to look into it.

Is this something that is really happening? It means that someone is either aggravating you or has something against you at the expense of the lives of three cats and you should call the police. That's not normal behavior for anyone.

It is only a dead cat no superstision, some one probably ran over it and thought it was your cat. dont worry, if you do worry... well then you will create bad thoughts and what you concentrait on will come true..
