Take a look at the magnito,rotor. It may have lost it's magnetism, or could be full of crap. If a piece of ferrous metal sticks to the rotor, then it just may have a build up of stuff in the windings. ( possibly has done the main seal)?????? Another thing to check, would be the wiring, from the magnito, to the CDI. It may just be in need of a good spray of contact cleaner, throughout. Is the spark gap set to the correct distance?
