Recently my car (1992 Buick LeSabre) does not start if I have left the A/C on. When A/C is off it starts on first try. What could be causing this to happen?

you must have a voltage drain and change the battery. check the belt of the car. its mostly electrical. buy a test light and disconnect the negative cable of the battery connect the clip of the test light to the negative post and the tip to a good ground on the body of the engine. if the light turns on, you have a drain voltage. now remove every fuse from the fuse box and check to see if the light turns off. if it does there is your problem. what ever that fuse is controlling there's a drain

Too much drain on the battery. Give the old girl a break & turn everything else off before you start her up!

when the ac is left on and the car trys to start, it is also trying to start the compressor for the ac, could indicate a weakened starter, i would have it checked and replaced
