Courage is not blindly going into a fight without your allies nor is it dropping your pants to see who has the bigger....
Real courage is standing up as a minority for the smaller person when you know you are outnumbered.
Real courage is standing up when you see an injustice for ppl even when those ppl are not like you or you don't agree with their way of life.
Real courage is not following the leader but questioning where your leader is taking you.
I just described a democrat.
Not a brainwashed republican.

Democrats do have spines, it's just that our voice isn't heard as much as the republicans'. And to my knowledge, the only war that the Democrats voted for was Afghanistan. Democrats, for the most part, were, and still are, against the war in Iraq.
In response to Morganie_xo, Democrats do not hate America, we just think it's time for a change, that's all. We hate the current administration. We do not want to weaken our defenses. If you think that lack of a war is weakening our defenses, then I guess we are...look at the Clinton Administration, we didn't really have a MAJOR war like what we have now under the Idiot's Administration. And also in response to crippling our economy, umm....Democrats try to take care of AMERICANS before trying to take care of the world. Why do you think Education and Healthcare are so important to us? Why do you think we want to actually help out middle class America? We want to build up our economy starting with Americans.
But back to the question at hand...Take a look at Congress...how many Democrats are in the Senate and the House of Reps? How many Republicans? Who is in the White House? So you cannot blame Democrats for what is wrong with this country. I just hope America wakes up!

As a democrat, (for a lack of a better term for my political beliefs) I think that Democratic leaders have been ineffective, too consumed with political correctness to speak up for the causes they support. Meanwhile, this has allowed more conservative politicians have been to become domineering, rude, and quite frankly, equally as ineffective.
Your language though, is insulting and disrespectful.
And for the record, being a woman, I can guarantee you "balls" are not necessary for political conviction.

effeminate maybe, but it's true, the ones with power WANT republicans to win a majority because Republicans can get away with ANYTHING, democrats can't. They are all payed by the same people, why would democrats want to do something their employers don't like?
But those are the ones in power, the majority of democrats are good people that only want what is fair.
