Sounds like you picked a lemon in the garden of love.
One thing you could give a try that may or may not work, but would feel really good if it did:
Get the other girl's phone number. Start calling her. Be as smooth as you know how to be. Be kind, sound sincere, all of that crap. Do your best to make her see it as a real friendship.
Once she thinks you're friends, step it up a notch. Put some moves on her.
THEN turn around and tell your girlfriend she put some moves on you.
Wait until THEY have a falling out and then dump both of their a*sses.

I think it's time to move on. She's either experimenting or switching sides because for some reason she doesn't want you in the picture. Give her some space and time to think about this. If you are serious with her, after some time has passed, talk to her about your concerns and ask what her plans are. Hopefully by then, you'll know enough to make a sound decision either way.

The relationship maybe over soon if she is choosing to talk to that girl instead of you. Talk to her and tell her how you feel when she does these things.
