I saw Miami Vice last night and it has got to be the worst movie I have ever seen in years.
Can anybody actually say this is a good movie?

Glad most so far agree. I can't believe how bad they made a mockery of a once good TV series.

It has been on my "Not To See" list. The promos for it have not been promising.
It looks like they just chucked the name Miami Vice on it to get people into theatres, cutting out much of what made Miami Vice, well, Miami Vice.

I am a huge Miami Vice tv show fan and I actually thought the movie was pretty good. You just can't go in with high expectations.

I haven't seen the movie, yet, but I'm going to take jedithomas' word for it. I have season 1 & 2 of the TV series and I really admire it.

the unique...it took years to construct the believe and chemistry between Crockett and Tubbs. Gina & Trudy and the Lt., & Izzy. It replaced into amazingly nicely written, the characters have been unforgettable and the focused visitor stars have been stunning. Phil Collins, Bruce Willis, Sheena Easton, just to call some. you extremely had to love the music...relatively Phil Collins & Glenn Frey, it replaced into classic. The autos (enjoyed that black convertable of Sonny's) the garments, the boats and of course, Elvis. How could desire to you no longer love a teach with an alligator on board???

Haven't seen the film and not going too either, you cannot redo the 80's tv show, that was just an absolute classic.

the movie sucked..plot line, acting, and most of all the mullets..they all bit
