it depends on the age and mutarity of your partner. if you enter a sexual relationship with anyone under 16 its illegal. so try and stay away from those under 16

It depends what you mean by "Go out with". And it also depends on your age. I think if you are over say... 17 or 18 I can't see a problem with it, but I am not the judge of your life... You are... Ask yourself these questions and if you answer yes to all, then think long and hard and if you still come up with the same answer.. then thats your answer...
1. Would I tell mum and dad about it?
2. Would I be happy telling my kids about this?
3. Would I advise my child to do this?
4. Am I really serious about a long term relationship or is this just going to be a fling as a child?
You are the only person that can answer this... some people have gone out with older guys from a young age, and it has workd, others (me) have gone out with guys from a young age and realised he isn't the guy for me and wish later on you didn't lose you v's to him!

Depends if you are 1 and he is 6, no. (You're too young). If you are 5 and he is 10, maybe. You are both too young. If you are 16 and he is 21, no. Its not legal in some states. On the other hand, if you are 18, and he is 23, then, its okay. (17 to 22 is "iffy".)

all depends on the age group now if it was something as far as kids a 12 yr old going out with someone who's 17 no but anywhere in the range of adults then my opinion is it's ok

You can go out with whoever you want. I wouldn't care. You learn what guys are right for you by testing with others. And anyways, True Love doesn't stop at age.

Depends on the State you live in...
I wouldn't reccommend it though. You should go out with guys closer to your own age.
